- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education
- The level of knowledge acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting preferred or Exercise Science or health and fitness related field preferred. CPR and AED certification required.
- Experience
- Two years experience in retail or restaurant is preferred. More experience can be substituted for a degree.
- Physical
- Normal business office environment. Extremely close eye work with
use of computer up to 8 hours a day. Hearing within normal range. Continuous sitting
approximately 90% of the work day. Operates calculator, computer, copier and general
Office equipment. Occasional walking and bending. Lifting, pushing, carrying and pulling up to 10 pounds. - This is a safety sensitive position. Please see the St. Bernards Substance Abuse Policy for further information.
- JOB SUMMARY
- Reporting to the Director of the Health & Wellness, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for maintaining membership records and overseeing financial transactions for the facility that occur at the Front Desk and Cafe. Prepares and analyzes reports needed by management to assess financial performance of facility. Responsible for purchasing processes, accounts payable, registration. Routinely, assigns and responsibly directs staff, from the Front Desk, and Café. This position is required to utilize independent judgment.
