- Education
- High school education. Some college preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum or 3 years customer service experience in a professional business environment required. Must be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft products.

- Normal office environment. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Operates personal computer, calculator, telephone, various in-house software, printers, copier. Continuous sitting. Some walking, bending, and stooping. Lifting, carrying up to 20 lbs. Pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
- JOB SUMMARY
- The HealthLine Advisor is responsible for answering the St. Bernards Healthline and promoting St. Bernards services to callers. Makes physician referrals where appropriate to area physicians. Supports the handling of customer service contacts and database management activities through telephone contact, electronic contacts and data entry. Demonstrates the ability to work well under pressure, deal courteously with the public and healthcare staff. Handles confidential data in a professional and discrete manner.
