  • Education
    • Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program. Must be licensed in the state to practice Physical Therapy.
  • Experience
    • Prefer one year of physical therapy experience. Must have high level cognitive and perceptual skills.

    • Therapist must be able to perform the following physical job functions with or without reasonable accommodation: Lift up to 50 lb. from floor to knuckle occasionally; Lift up to 25 lbs from knuckle to shoulder occasionally; Lift p to 10 lb from knuckle to shoulder frequently; Lift up to 10 lb. overhead occasionally; Pivot transfer up to 200 lb. occasionally. Carry up to 20 lb., 100 feet occasionally; Push/pull up to 75 lb., 500 feet frequently. Stand continuously for up to 2 hours; Use fine hand manipulation bilaterally occasionally; Use heavy grasp bilaterally frequently; Visually acuity corrected to 20/20; Tactile discrimination; Squat frequently; Maintain appropriate body mechanics with all lifting/ pulling/ transferring.

  • The Physical Therapist is directly responsible to the Director and/or his/her designee and has the overall direction, utilization, supervision, instruction, and evaluation of professional and supportive staff, volunteers, and students in their area of the department/facility.
