- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education
- Degree/diploma in nursing and current State of Arkansas Registered Nurse license required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience
- A minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly population and five years case management experience. Recent clinical nursing experience required. Community and geriatric nursing experience strongly preferred.

- Sound clinical skills and demonstrated good judgment.
Working knowledge of physical, mental and social needs of the frail elderly population.
